My Client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers within its field of glass process engineering and associated products supplying in to a wide variety of industries, such as construction and automotive. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having plants in the UK, Europe, Asia and America. The Goole site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.
Key Skills

- Management of Technical Engineering/Manufacturing Based Team
- Continuous Improvement Process Experience
The Role
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering process improvement background and have experience of managing a team of skilled process engineers and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a technical manager with knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Design systems and have lean manufacturing experience, within a fast moving manufacturing process. You will ideally be able to understand project manufacturing process improvement from a quality point of view to optimise efficiencies, incorporating a variety of process manufacturing standards. There is training and career development on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
