Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Overtime

The Role
The ideal candidate will have engineering process improvement experience and come from either a continuous improvements engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a qualified engineer with knowledge of LEAN, TPM and Six Sigma systems and have manufacturing machinery experience, within a process engineering arena. If you have worked on projects, process machinery and other manufacturing processes it would be advantageous. There is training and career development on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
