The Role
My Client is looking to recruit an experienced production team leader/supervisor, you will have a track record in the delivery of production/manufacturing based targets in a busy manufacturing process working with all departments, whilst managing a team of production personnel. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to work within a team of production operatives and have the responsibility for the production and quality of products manufactured, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high volume manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required, you will report in to the production manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to more senior level within this secure organisation.
