Benefiting from continuous improvements to all the manufacturing processes the group will in turn generate further expansion of this already rapidly growing organisation, which has been established for over 35 years with an international presence.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Working Knowledge of PPM Systems & Automated Machinery
- Managerial/Supervisory Engineering Experience
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day electrical and mechanical engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from an electrical or a mechanical engineering supervisory/management background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer but multi-skilled and have fast moving manufacturing experience. If you have worked PLC systems, lean manufacturing systems and PPM systems would be advantageous. Also, able and willing to lead and develop a team of multi skilled engineers. There is a huge amount of training & development on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to develop your career path to senior management.
