Maintenance Engineer – Selby

3 Shift Pattern
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 + Pension + Overtime
Location: Selby
Based within one of the UK’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to add to their existing team, because of further market expansion.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced in Packaging Machinery
- Working Knowledge of PPM Systems within Manufacturing
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed automated environment. You will be working with boilers, conveyors, extraction systems, corrugating machinery and steam based equipment.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of PLC controlled equipment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required. You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment.
