Machinist / Spring Maker
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £33,090 – £38,599 + Full Benefits Package
Days Based Role – Monday to Friday
Reference: Jo 6302/NPH

The Role
- Operate toolroom equipment consisting of milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, wire EDMs, and spark erosion equipment competently.
- Produce components (springs) to engineering drawings to a high level.
- Identify improvements and manufacturing methods within the department to increase efficiency and output.
- Maintain works order paperwork and booking through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
KEY SKILLS
- Experienced Toolmaker / tool preparer.
- Prior exposure to wire forming, wire manipulation and / or coiling on compression springs.
- Experience in a relevant Tool room environment
