Job Description
My client a manufacturer of instantly recognisable products to a global market place requires an experienced engineer to complement their software and controls projects team.
You will have experience within PLC programming in a team and autonomously along with experience of PLC controls systems ideally within the development of automated machinery within a manufacturing environment, with specific experience of Allen Bradley RS5000 and Siemens S7.
The ideal candidate will be HND or degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline with the ability to bring new ideas to improve machinery reliability and ultimately manufacturing output.
The role will also involve the management of small capital projects and the installation of new equipment in line with the overall strategic direction of the sites engineering and manufacturing functions.
