Asset Care Manager – Bradford

Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package
Days Based Role – Monday to Friday

Based within one of the UK’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced maintenance planner to add to their management team. The facility in Bradford will benefit from further investment this year, to increase capacity. This manufacturing giant is part of a global group and has been established over 100 years and is an extremely secure organisation.
Key Skills
- Reliability or Asset Care Management Knowledge
- Continuous Improvements/Projects Experience
- A Working Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Systems
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship ideally in engineering, ideally have furthered your education and have experience working within computerised, planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as PLC systems, packaging, conveyors and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to lead reliability, continuous improvement projects, based around advanced maintenance techniques and have the responsibility for the overall efficiencies of engineering machinery as well as hands on projects as needs be, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed food manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within and supervise a team or autonomously as required, you will report directly in to the Engineering Manager, this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior management within this secure organisation.
