An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s instantly recognisable FMCG manufacturers, a leading manufacturer, specialising in food manufacturing. Benefiting from recent investment on new state of the art production lines, which will in turn aid the further expansion of this already rapidly growing organisation, which has been established for over 30 years.
Key Skills
- Experience at Production Supervisor Level.
- Proven Team Building Ability.
- Implementing CI & Lean Principles.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of production on site, delivering focused manufacturing management with an emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising production efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from a production supervisory background or possibly come through the graduate manufacturing route, looking for the next step and should be able to work on their own initiative, be able to motivate, develop and lead teams of production/quality and engineering personnel to ensure all production is delivered on time to strict quality standards (GMP/HACCP). You will be the focus of all production on site and will be dealing with all levels within this large group from shop floor to senior management and director level. This will in turn give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your own career path to a senior management role within this supportive and growing organisation.
