Site Engineering Manager – Blackpool

The Company are extremely well established and is a truly British manufacturer. They are a market leader within its chosen field of specialism and are looking to add to their management team once again due to increased growth in their market share.

- Apprentice Trained Engineer with Management Experience
- FMCG or Food Manufacturing Knowledge
- PPM Systems and CAPEX Project Management Skills
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as packaging, conveyors, pneumatics and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to lead a team of multi skilled engineers, and have the responsibility for the overall projects, fabrication of the building and factory services, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed food manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within and mange a team or autonomously as required, you will report directly in to the general manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior management within this secure organisation.
